Our new menu launches on May 10th, and there are some exciting new changes.
Although we are introducing some great new dishes to The Weir such as our vegan five bean chilli, we won't be losing our old favourites but just giving them an update.
Improving these classics in simple ways that aren't going to increase all the costs across our menu was of paramount importance to us. We aren't only concerned with offering good quality but also great, traditional, comfort food.
Expanding our range to include more vegan and gluten-free alternatives were important to us but only if they taste just as good as the rest of the menu, not limiting you to just what you can eat but what you really want to.
